Founder & Lead OT
Becca has been an OT for so long she actually CANNOT turn her OT brain off any longer. She makes a complete fool of herself at least once a day and although sometimes this is just awkwardly with strangers, it is most commonly to ensure the complete joy and laughter of many small people. Spontaneous and authentic all-in play is how Becca connects!
Jessica Kayla McFawn
OT Assistant/Respite Support Worker
Jess is the most recent addition to the Full Circle OT team, but it feels like she has been with us forever! Becca likes to say that Jess runs to kiddos in distress like a moth to a flame, and NEVER loses her cool! She is an absolute master of being consistently loving AND firm. In her down time, Jess is playing with her pup or working at the donut stand at the farmer's market! Mmmmm!

Cindy Mackie
Occupational Therapist
Cindy joined the Full Circle OT crew in the Spring of 2025, and we are SO GLAD she did- we think she is the kindest OT you may ever meet! Cindy loves her cats, the outdoors, spending time with her family and demonstrating her wicked crash pad jump skills!
Mhairi Maple
Senior OT
Most of the kids around FCOT lovingly refer to Mhairi as V! She is kept very busy chasing her rowdy toddler Everett around when not at work, and is found exploring NB on the weekends as she is still quite new having moved here from Ontario in 2025.
Jessica McKenna
Clinic Coordinator & Strategist
Jessica is our part-time coordinator and strategist, helping the FCOT team stay organized, connected, and focused on what matters most: supporting families. She consults with the clinic on operations, communications, and program development, and she’s often the friendly person on the other side of your email. With a background in education, strategy, and systems, Jessica helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
