Founder & Lead OT
Becca has been an OT for so long she actually CANNOT turn her OT brain off any longer. She makes a complete fool of herself at least once a day and although sometimes this is just awkwardly with strangers, it is most commonly to ensure the complete joy and laughter of many small people. Spontaneous and authentic all-in play is how Becca connects!
Adam D'Entremont Harris
Rehab Assistant/Assistant Manager
Adam is a man of many hats at FCOT. A Kinesiologist by trade he may be best known to our kids as a beloved Rehab Assistant, but in 2024 Adam started taking up more responsibilities on the business side of things as well, and now he is our jack of all trades! Adam has a way of KNOWING and being a friend to all who enter our doors!

Cindy Mackie
Occupational Therapist
Cindy joined the Full Circle OT crew in the Spring of 2025, and we are SO GLAD she did- we think she is the kindest OT you may ever meet! Cindy loves her cats, the outdoors, spending time with her family and demonstrating her wicked crash pad jump skills!
Mhairi Kay
Senior OT
Mhairi is doing her most favourite job to date...caring for sweet baby Everett!
The youngest & cutest FCOT family member,
was born March 31, 2025, and we eagerly await V to come back and join us again in March of 2026!
Jessica McKenna
Office Manager
Jess is the brains behind our operation and was the first person Becca ever hired in 2023! She understands and helps develop the vision of Full Circle OT by using her incredible team and project management skills to keep us moving! She is an incredibly jack of all trades and knows NB systems and has been a classroom teacher, a strategist, and we are so grateful to have her passion in our corner part time!
