Child & Clinic Support Assistant
Full Circle Occupational Therapy – Fredericton, NB
Do you light up around kids?
Do you feel most at home outdoors with muddy boots, wind in your hair, hands busy helping little humans learn and grow?
Do you love to be part of a warm, collaborative, flexible team that believes in meaningful work?
If yes… you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

Our Story
Full Circle Occupational Therapy (FCOT) is a child-centered, family-focused occupational therapy clinic in Fredericton, NB. We support children with diverse social, emotional, sensory, developmental, and behavioural needs, both in the clinic and out in nature.
Our work is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in play.
We believe in connection first, learning through experience, and meeting each child exactly where they are.
We run groups in the forest, sessions in schools and homes, and child-led OT in our bright clinic space. Our team is flexible, supportive, and passionate about helping kids feel safe, confident, and capable.
Families know us for our kindness, our creativity, and our ability to make magic out of the ordinary.
If you read that and felt a tug… keep reading.
Who you are
You’re that person kids gravitate toward.

You’re organized but flexible.
Responsible but joyful.
Friendly but professional.
A team player who notices what needs to be done, and does it with a smile.

You're comfortable outside in every season. You don’t mind rain, snow, or mud. You dress for the weather and embrace adventure.

You enjoy making a difference.
You want to grow your skills.
You want to be part of something meaningful.
